Our client is an international and well established business in the technology sector. The business has ambitious growth plans and has an enviable reputation in its sector where it is considered cutting edge in its offerings.

The CEO is looking to hire a CFO to partner them lead the business on a strategic growth journey involving both M&A activity as well as organic growth. There will potentially be a significant upside opportunity which should appeal to candidates who have value creation ambitions.

Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Head up the Finance function
  • Add strategic value to the Board
  • Manage banking and other third party relationships
  • Oversee M&A activity
  • Manage Legal and IT functions
  • Take a commercial and leadership role across the business ensuring that all departments are aligned in successfully delivering value creation


This role would suit an ambitious, confident, independent and experienced CFO. Someone who is excited by the prospect of being part of a fast paced ,dynamic and agile organisation unincumbered by bureaucracy thus able to contribute fully to the success of the business and make an impact across the whole organisation. This role would require a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
