Diversity is key for the firm to hit its goals, and as such they are focused on creating opportunities for underrepresented entrepreneurs to access the information, networks, and capital needed to be able to properly compete with the majority of their peers.

The organisation also heavily invests in their community, and has established a like-minded community of investors, advisors, mentors and other related parties that have an interest in this space generally.
