Salary: To 95k + equity + bonus

Our client is an exciting, award-winning high growth travel company, and is a market leader in its field. This is a key leadership role, to deliver robust reporting, control, business partnering and planning that achieve strategic objectives. Reporting to the Group CFO and managing a large team, you will have end to end ownership of finance for the brand. You will work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial organisation, joining a talented, ambitious and collaborative management team as they continue to make huge waves in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business partnership support to the senior leadership team
  • Understand the performance drivers across and challenge the risks & opportunities
  • Deliver, lead and advise on projects
  • Manage the preparation of Board presentations.
  • Lead and manage the planning & budgeting process
  • Maintain a robust financial control environment, ensuring that risks are adequately mitigated
  • Monitor and manage the liquidity position
  • Ensuring rigorous cash flow management and forecasting
  • Support future due diligence processes within the business

You will be:

  • Experienced finance professional with strong technical knowledge and good commercial experience
  • It is essential you have experience of the travel industry
  • Experience of leading a team and staff development
  • Business partnering & strategic skills – ability to challenge and influence at senior levels
  • Desire to dive into the detail when required
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
