Based on the ambitious goals of the business, the CEO is looking to hire a true peer level CFO. The CFO will be the CEO’s business partner, able to match the CEO and the rest of the Senior Leadership team in ambition, vision and strategic thinking. Whilst working on the bigger picture, the CFO through their team will also need to ensure the financial department is run efficiently with a keen eye on cash, strong and flexible financial reporting and systems to match and keep pace. With five distinct products across the group, the CFO will need the experience of reporting on multiple business units.

The CFO will take a lead role across the business as well as heading up the finance team and will be a leading force in ensuring a data driven, evidence-based approach to decision making. The CFO will need to be able to challenge and be challenged in equal measure.

Candidates are likely to have a fast paced, SaaS background and should be able to demonstrate previous success in assisting in a successful exit/s. The individual will also have experience of working with private equity investors. Additionally, they will have worked in an organisation operating in the US and had responsibility for US financial reporting.

This is a very exciting opportunity for an inherently inquisitive CFO, really looking to utilise their aptitude and ability to understand business models at speed and use all of their broad commercial mindset.
