Following on from anticipated PE investment the Founder CEO is looking to hire a CFO to partner him on his value creation and growth journey ultimately culminating in a successful exit for all stakeholders. This business is firmly established as a market leader in a high profile growth industry and as such the opportunity for the right CFO should be rewarding and fulfilling.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance and accounting function with all associated reporting
  • Establish strong relations with investors, banks, auditors and other third parties
  • Ensure the business displays robust systems, processes and controls
  • Take a lead in M&A activities
  • Oversee cashflow and working capital management as well as FX/treasury
  • Analysis to support contract pricing decisions
  • Take a key role in managing the supply chain

Ideal candidates should have experience of working with Private Equity or VC investors and will have been the stand-alone CFO/FD in previous roles. Experience of M&A and/or scaling a business would be desirable and it would be helpful if candidates have experience of facility management and/or the building products industry. Finally, supply chain management would also be very helpful - particularly with China. This opportunity will suit an ambitious, ‘hands on’ yet also strategic finance professional who would relish the opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded business and participate in a value creation journey.

We are committed to encouraging and celebrating applicants from different backgrounds, whatever their gender, ethnicity, race, religious and political beliefs, education, socioeconomic background, disability, sexual orientation and geographical location to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
