Senior Tax Manager

Our client is a disruptive Global Technology Company combining a focus on the development of a cutting-edge infrastructure product suite, with the provision of high value fintech services to an impressive range of blue-chip clients. With the head office based in London, they have 10 offices globally. They are at a point of exponential growth and value creation and are looking to add to their finance team with the addition of a talented Senior Tax Manager to lead on all matters for the company and be a key advisor for the business across a range of topics.

Salary: c.£80k + exceptional LTIP/Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tax compliance across the group
  • Advise on tax treatment as the group develops new commercial models for new technologies and products
  • Having engaged advisors to roll out a global Transfer pricing policy you would ensure the group remains compliant.
  • Support M&A going forward and tax treatment – ensure group structure is appropriate
  • Drive improvements in processes and systems to deliver tax compliance and awareness

The Candidate:

  • You should be CTA (or relevant) qualified
  • You should have significant tax advisory experience, ideally gained in top 10 accounting practice
  • Demonstrate excellent tax and accounting knowledge
  • Desire to drive improvements and automation
  • Able to solve problems and apply tax rules to a commercial context
