Our client is a highly acquisitive, Private Equity backed, international Technology and Business Services Group on an exceptional global growth trajectory. Having scaled revenues to approaching £100m, with offices globally there is now a need for an experienced FP&A Manager to support the leadership team, with some travel to overseas offices. You will play a key part in supporting the wider business and developing insightful business analysis to support internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in acquisitions, but also driving improvements to reporting. This would suit an organised and commercially driven individual with a curious mindset – who can highlight business opportunities and translate business needs to the reporting and metrics provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with the Group Accountant to prepare insightful month end packs for review with the Group FC and CFO.
  • Providing analytical support for the leadership team including financial modelling and scenario building
  • Driving forward a data driven approach to decision making across the group
  • Budget ownership including forecast reporting and variance analysis
  • Ownership of the Group’s long term financial model
  • Support with rolling cash flow forecast analysis and covenant reporting
  • Building out and improving MI dashboards, SaaS KPIs, providing commercial insights
  • KPI management including interrogation of metrics on customer analysis, churn, ARPU and key financial drivers
  • Some travel to international hubs to build a strong understanding of the business and build good working relationships with regional finance teams


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • You will be a qualified/nearly qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
  • Inquisitive with great attention to detail whilst able to focus on the bigger picture
  • Highly organised, structured with advanced excel skills
  • Track record of building and managing complex excel models
  • Able to work with large sets of data, to manipulate and interrogate
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
