Finance Manager/Business Partner

Salary: To £75k + bonus + options

Our client is an award winning, high growth renewables technology business at the forefront of their field. They are backed by leading investors and are well positioned to capitalize on the suite of products and services already developed. They are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager to support growth, in a newly created role as they seek to scale the business internationally from both a financial and operational perspective. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will strengthen the Finance Function and support the role out of NetSuite and provide wider support across management reporting. This would suit a finance professional looking to gain broad experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will gain excellent mentorship and be part of a passionate and talented team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly consolidated statements with the assistance of the management accountant and our overseas accounting partners
  • Support and assist the Financial Controller in delivering compliance with group statutory and filing requirements
  • Assist the FP&A manager in producing quarterly forecasts
  • Expand the reporting capabilities of Finance to help guide the business through the growth phase
  • Help deliver a smooth NetSuite implementation and help deliver across each of the core processes
  • Aid the development of the planning and budgeting tool in NetSuite
  • Build relationships with other departments and help finance become a business partner across the organisation
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Person specification

  • You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with excellent academics
  • Ideally experience of working in a multi-currency, multi-subsidiary structure
  • Strong understanding of core accounting systems (GL, Consolidation) and supporting core processes
  • A self-starter and able to take initiatives and adapt to rapidly growing business
  • Confident and articulate, able to influence change and continuous improvement
  • Experience in NetSuite is desirable, but not essential
