Our client is a high growth, pioneering manufacturing business with a specific focus on the EV market. To support their future expansion plans they are now looking to recruit a new CFO who can thrive in a fast-paced, energetic, and innovative culture.

Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented CFO to join their fast-growing team. The successful candidate will have 12-18 months to raise €100m and play a pivotal role in building a unicorn company by 2025.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Lead, direct, and manage the finance function.
  • Lead financial planning across the organisation, by developing robust growth plans and forecasts.
  • Participate as a key member of the Senior Leadership team in the overall strategic development of the Company.
  • Ensure timely financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Oversee the implementation of a company-wide ERP system.
  • Oversee financial and internal control systems across the Company.
  • Develop risk management function within the business.

To excel you will need:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and at least 10 years PQE.
  • Five or more years of experience in executive leadership role as CFO.
  • Previous large scale manufacturing experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills, personal integrity, and a team player.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Detailed understanding of accounting, corporate legal, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
  • Significant fundraising experience, across the capital structure.
  • Previous International scaling company experience.
  • Extensive capital markets knowledge and experience.
