Director of FP&A

Salary: £120-140k + Bonus + exceptional benefits

Our client is an international PE backed group with a track record of outstanding growth and excellent margins. To support future growth and acquisitions, there is a need for a Director of FP&A, supporting an experienced CFO. Working with a leading PE firm and strong executive team the role will suit an ambitious finance professional looking to progress to CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a best-in-class FP&A function
  • Supporting the leadership team owning the plan and budgeting process
  • Commercial analysis and reporting to the executive
  • Improving dashboards, data analytics and trend reporting
  • Delivery of projects across the business
  • Working closely with marketing and sales to maximise revenue
  • M&A support, including Due Diligence

Candidate requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent)
  • Ability to work with key leadership and support sales and operational heads
  • Strong strategic and commercial awareness.
  • Credible and able to highlight risk and opportunity – challenging where necessary
  • Strong modelling in excel and good working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau or similar software
  • Able to influence and inspire
