Our client is a rapidly expanding hospitality business. With recent private equity backing the plan is to expand internationally over the next 2 to 3 years. This role will play an integral part in supporting new investments. Reporting to the Finance Director key responsibilities will include –

  • Ownership and building of financial models for new site acquisitions
  • Financial analysis of existing and prospective sites
  • Supporting due diligence for target sites/ Companies
  • Investment Committee reporting preparation

Key Requirements –

  • Qualified Accountant (likely ACA)
  • Experience of working for a business with an international footprint
  • An understanding of real estate appraisal and valuation methods would be an advantage (ideally hotels)
  • An understanding of construction costing and models
  • Experience of due diligence and debt funding
  • It would be beneficial for you to have worked for a Private Equity investor or PE backed portfolio business
